Business Partnering - Taking The Next Step (2011)

One of the most valued aspects of the last workshop was the opportunity to explore the specific challenges facing participant’s functional groups through the experience represented by our research. This event enabled participants to explore the research insights in more depth than was possible last time, providing them with the opportunity to apply these insights to their own situations and to discover new ideas for action.

Our aim was to create a ‘thinking partner community’ in which senior executives could share experiences and support each others’ learning with guidance from Value Partnership consultants. As always, our meeting operated under the Chatham House Rule of privacy.

Our charitable donation in 2012

This charity focuses on business creation initiatives on the ground in Kenya to create micro businesses so that people who are trapped by economic hardship can be given fresh pathways of choice enabling them to utilise their skills and gifts.
