As part of our growth vision for Value Partnership, we are continuing to build the capacity of our core team and are currently looking for an experienced new consultant who can contribute to the leadership of the practice.

We are committed to helping clients solve organisation critical challenges. Our business requires talented and internationally experienced people; we take great care in identifying the right people for our team who can work as expert guides, working closely with clients to identify and implement the best route forward. This is what really sets us apart. Joining our core team means securing and delivering consulting work, but also managing client relationships and helping to grow the Value Partnership business.

As a consultant the ideal candidate will be driven to make a real, lasting difference to our clients’ business performance and addressing the leadership and organisational change challenges to achieve this. Our work is always bespoke so he/she needs to be very client-centred and context-sensitive in their approach. As a leader they will have high integrity, value working in a team and be natural at building trusting relationships with clients, partners and colleagues.

The candidate might be a practising consultant, interested in joining a growing business.  Senior executive experience is preferred – this person might currently be in an executive role and looking to apply their skills as an external consultant. They will have a solid track record of adding value in whichever sphere they operate.
