Simon Court

Simon Court, Founder and CEO

The practice is rooted in Simon's focus on helping clients resolve organisation critical challenges to drive performance and create value, his understanding of the capabilities required, and his experience of making real change happen on the ground. He also works as an advisor and coach to senior executives in a variety of global companies (Lafarge, Electronic Arts, Canon and Serco amongst them).

Simon has an extensive industry background, primarily in the telecommunications, security and building materials sectors. His consulting experience spans 20 years and a wide variety of industries and cultures, including 2 years based in Milan and work in France, Switzerland, Germany, Canada, Jordan and the USA. He has an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Geoff Rogers

Geoff Rogers, Director

Geoff has extensive experience in delivering performance improvement through organisation development and change leadership. He is also an executive coach who brings general management experience and insight to his role as a consultant. His interest in the impact of globalisation on people and organisations is reflected in his current clients who include Lafarge, Thales, Monier, LECG and HSBC.

Until 2001 Geoff was HR Director for Standard Chartered's Global Markets business; he has also held appointments as HR Director for Europe/US and Global Head of Management and Organisational Development. Geoff has worked extensively across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Gulf and South Asia. His earlier career included the Royal Air Force, British Aerospace and Quaker Oats. He has an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Mike Regan

Mike has worked in top teams of significant international organisations, where he has been responsible for providing organisational capability and development input in a highly business focused manner. He has significant exposure to executive development and organisational change in a multi-national environment.

Mike has held senior HR executive roles with Thorn EMI, the NG Bailey Organisation and AB Electrolux, where he headed up the Group's HR activity. He continues to sit as a Non Executive Director on Boards, across both the public and private sector.

Nickie Fonda

Nickie Fonda, Non-Executive Director

Nickie has wide experience of collaborating with senior leaders and their teams, across many sectors, to establish capability strategies that anticipate, and respond to, the dynamics and challenges of the business environment.

She is the former Managing Director of an international strategic management consultancy, and a former business development adviser with the UK's Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has a long track record as an entrepreneur, business director, organisation consultant, executive coach and mentor, and is author of numerous articles and reports on aspects of organisational and people development. Nickie started her career in Europe with Glaxo and has worked as a Director of the Brunel University Management Programme. An American by birth, she has a Masters in Management from the London School of Economics.

Paul Galante

Paul Galante, Director

Paul has over 20 years' experience of supporting executive teams in multi-cultural environments to develop and implement strategy, lead change, and in leadership development to improve organisational performance.  He has worked throughout mainland Europe, in the UK and in North America in a wide variety of sectors notably including process and manufacturing industries, FMCG, financial services and professional services. Some of his recent clients include Lafarge, BAT, Starwood, ING, Finalyse, and CGI.

Previously, Paul was a director in the European Strategic Change practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, based in London. Prior to that, he was a manager at Value Added Europe, a spin-off from Boston Consulting Group, based in Brussels. Paul has a first degree from London University, an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles, and an advanced graduate certificate in organisational psychology from Northcentral University.  He is certified in the use of various psychometric and other analytical instruments. Paul is of Italian and French origin, speaks French, Italian & English fluently, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Mark has spent more than a decade finding reliable, proven ways to gain a sustainable change in how we think, or in other words, "how to change our mindset". His continued research has allowed him to offer his clients an extensive selection of cutting edge methods and tools, enabling individuals and organisations to resolve themselves of self limiting mindset and behaviours.

He has worked as a consultant, facilitator, international management coach and inspirational keynote speaker for numerous corporations. He has partnered with a wide range of audiences including sales, finance and executive teams within organisations including AstraZeneca, Ernst and Young, Accenture, The Defence and Research Agency UK, National Westminster Bank, Yahoo!, Citibank, Bombardier, Wyeth, Oppenheimer Funds and JP Morgan. Prior to this he had a successful sales and marketing management career with a major pharmaceutical company.

Claire Wilson

Clare has a strong background in leadership development, organisational change and organisation design and development. Her expertise lies in driving change that improves business performance through engaging leaders in reviewing and aligning the culture, structure and strategy in a cohesive and holistic way.

Clare has extensive experience of the global pharmaceutical industry, having spent over 10 years with Pfizer in the Research and Development and Manufacturing divisions. She has worked on a number of organisation redesigns with leaders across all continents, leading to significant business transformation. Her most recent appointment (at Pfizer) was the European Director of Organisational Development where she worked with manufacturing sites in 7 countries. Clare has considerable experience of developing leadership talent, and is a qualified executive coach.

Clare has also worked in the paper industry, local government and the National Health Service in Human Resources and change leadership roles. Prior to this Clare taught English in Jamaica, Ghana and South India. She is an experienced top team facilitator, with extensive experience of working with virtual and multi cultural teams.

Colin has held both senior operational and consultancy roles, with a common thread of organisational and business improvement. His expertise and area of focus centres around how to design and make organisation's work effectively, through changing the mindset and behaviours of its people.

Colin's career spans over 20 years. Having started out as an engineer, he soon acquired the skills to drive change in complex and challenging environments, typically involving a clash of cultures. He has since been involved in and led a number of transformation programmes in Orange, France Telecom, BMW and Land Rover. He also has designed and delivered programmes which challenge leaders to critically re-evaluate their role in driving change and implementing strategy. Some of his recent clients include Morrisons, British Aerospace and Lafarge. Colin has an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Robin Stafford

Robin has been consulting on the translation of strategy into implementation, through effective programme and change management. This has encompassed business strategy, planning and organisation, project and change management, the exploitation and management of technology, and outsourcing. His clients have been in both the private and public sectors, in particular in financial services and large multinationals (in the UK and overseas). Much of this has involved working with senior management and project sponsors and managers, in facilitative or coaching roles.

He previously worked in a Group role for a major international bank, with responsibilities for business programme management, and for business operations and technology strategy and organisation worldwide. He originally worked in the IT industry in programme management and sales and marketing, in the UK and overseas.

His clients have included Barclays, Standard Chartered, NatWest, Unilever, New Holland, Siemens, Thames Water, Bank of England, Houses of Parliament, HM Treasury, Metropolitan Police, Criminal Record Bureau, Surrey County Council.

Vanessa helps clients to improve business performance and manage change through better use of communications with all their stakeholders. She is a highly experienced communications consultant and business writer, and her client list includes blue chip companies as well as governmental and public sector organisations.

Following 10 years in the publishing industry, she held senior appointments with the Audit Commission, where she was a member of the executive management board. Vanessa has an MBA from Warwick University and a first degree from Oxford University. She is a fluent French speaker and has a working knowledge of Italian and Swedish.

For the past 20 years, Donald has been consulting predominantly in the oil and gas, health, and financial services sectors. He has enjoyed long-standing consulting relationships with organisations such as Shell, both in the UK and internationally, BP, and other smaller European companies; the NHS from national to local levels; the International Stock Exchange and financial regulatory bodies. Donalds expertise is in Organisation Development and Behaviour, blending these skills with a pragmatic, task-oriented, business focus. He specialises in the development of top teams in the context of major change, with the attendant executive mentoring and coaching at one end of the spectrum and large group events facilitation at the other. He worked in local government and then for Shell International before becoming Shell UK's Head of Organisation Development and Change Support. Donald has a business degree and an MA in Organisational Psychology.

Nicky has broad experience in people and organisation development, marketing and project management, primarily in the financial services, professional services and technology sectors.  Her career includes senior international roles in Prudential and Dell. More recently she was director of a consultancy specialising in executive development and Group Head of Talent Development for Standard Chartered Bank.

She has worked extensively with leadership teams to improve performance; she has also designed and developed processes, programmes and tools to identify, develop and engage talent at all levels.

Nicky is an experienced coach and facilitator and her organization experience combined with her training in gestalt psychotherapy, NLP and yoga enable her to work effectively with individuals, teams and large groups to achieve sustained behaviour change.  She is equally at home at board level as she is in one-to-one work as a coach and brings intellect, insight, warmth and humour to her work.

Sarah is an experienced HR professional with broad experience as both a consultant and practitioner in "blue chip" companies. She began her career with Rolls-Royce Plc and her subsequent experience has included: Head of HR for Television Studio Production Resources with the BBC, Head of HR for Rolfe & Nolan Plc (Computer Software and Services), and Senior HR roles with Standard Chartered Bank both as a senior business partner in Technology and Operations and as an internal consultant working on a range of international projects. Sarah has also worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers as a consultant in the HR and Organisational Development practice.

Recent consulting assignments have included work for Zurich Financial Services, GE, Cable and Wireless, and Microsoft. Key areas of expertise and interest include: Organisation Design; Managing Change; Talent Management and Development; Reward and International Mobility. Sarah is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Dr Suzanne Pollack

Dr Suzanne Pollack

Suzanne's expertise lies in helping senior executives and top teams to reach their full potential through coaching and learning programmes/interventions. A strong emphasis is placed on achieving the highest level of personal performance to deliver excellent business and personal results.

Suzanne adopts a pragmatic approach, drawing on a blend of NLP (an enabler of swift and effective personal change), best business practise, her own senior leadership experience and proven psychological techniques, to enable executives to move forward. She is skilled in using instruments such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Firo-B, 360's and Emotional Intelligence Questionnaires.

Suzanne has worked at Henley Management College in a number of roles, including Director of Corporate Qualifications Programmes and Director of Open Executive Programmes. She is now a Client Director within Henley's Company (bespoke) Programmes area. Suzanne is also a member of Henley's Human Resources and Organisation Design/Development Faculty Group.

Rob James

Rob James

Formerly Head of Executive and Leadership Development at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Rob has a depth of experience in the leadership challenges facing senior managers in international organisations. His particular expertise is in working with executive teams and individuals to improve business performance. He has written a number of papers on top team development and leadership competencies in the 21st century and has consulted extensively in the areas of talent management and high potential development.

With an MBA and qualified in a number of diagnostic tools, Rob has also worked as an executive coach and business mentor in a variety of organizations world-wide. In 2005/6 these have included: BG Group, Linklaters, Coca Cola Enterprises, Roche, Honda, UK Home Office, Royal Bank of Scotland, UK Atomic Energy Authority and Danske Bank.

Earlier in his career Rob headed one of Europe's leading consultancies in business psychology and also spent a number of years in the UK Armed Forces. He was Head of Leadership and Management Studies at the Royal Navy's University and was appointed an MBE in 1993 for services to leadership development.
